Gastronomy and Culinary Arts 1st year students, accompanied by lecturer Kader Parlak, organized a technical trip to Metro Kayseri Branch. During the trip, students learned about exotic fruits and vegetables, fish varieties and butcher products.
During the tour, Metro Kayseri Business Manager Onur Düştegör emphasized the importance of choosing products suitable for the menu for the kitchen. Thanks to the hospitality of Onur Düştegör, Category Sales Manager Tamer Yıldırım and his teammates, the students had a pleasant and educational experience. The Metro team shared valuable information about the sector and was thanked for their contributions. The event was considered as an important step for gastronomy students to increase their sectoral knowledge and prepare for the professional culinary world.
